After changing settings, you should leave the settings page to make sure the K2 saves it. Just use the "Back" arrow to go back to the overview. If this does not help, you could try re-flashing the firmware.
Download the latest firmware and put the K2.bin in the root folder of your sd card. Beside the INNOVV_K2 folder. Insert the card into the K2 and start it up.

After the flashing is done, the K2 will start up normally and you can use the App to connect.
If flashing the firmware does not solve your problem, I am afraid that the battery in your K2 is faulty and you should contact Innovv at tech@innovv.com to ask what to do.

I did leave the setting page ' it keeps the settings for one day or so and then back to the default settings. How can i do re-flashing ?

If still can not keep the setting, RT battery on PCB board should be problem. You can contact the local dealer or out tech support for help.
