I do not believe that the producer has no access to any iPhone with IOS12.
Not aware of any setting like that. Can you confirm that both cameras are working via the app? Live stream on the app with the DVR on and you should be able to tell if both cameras are functioning. Or switch the cables (if possible) to see if only once port is functioning.
All I know is this K2 unit is having a ton of issues with the new IOS12 and firmware updates. I cannot access WIFI--therefore cannot access the app and pretty much have a mounted non working camera system. I think it may be recording but I have kind of lost faith with INNOVV and am just sitting tight and see what happens. This appears to be a one person company that manufactures nothing and contracts everything out and is at the mercy of his contractors. I am sure he is overwhelmed at this point as I would assume the bulk of his customers are not happy!!
I Loved the unit for the first 2 week and then issues started popping up. Now it is useless and unreliable.
Hi Ron, new version of App for ios 12 should be ready in two days. it is ready, the guys are testing.
Your files should be in numerical order and one will usually have a F for Front and a R for Rear. You will see they have the same time stamp but the F and R at the end.
2018_1012_131503_001F ---- Year_date_Time (24 hr with seconds)_numerical file # and Front
2018_1012_131503_002R --- same but rear
I see that. Unfortunately, the files only contain front camera files. I checked the cables. Is there an on/off feature that anyone knows of?
Do you fix the cameras with the supplied thumb screws?
replug the rear camera and fix it.
