Hi, I updated my iPhone to IOS 13 If I us the app it said that there is no connection. De WiFi is connected and if I use ip http://192.168.1.254:8192/ I can see the live video feed. But I cannot connect with the app. Is it because of IOS 13?
Apple IOS 13 was released world wide yesterday and has been available for developers and individuals as a Beta product for months! - so there is no excuse for incompatibility.
Why is the K2 inhibited by such poor firmware and poor apps. I use Blackvue products for my cars and have installed 10+ Blackvue 750’s for friends without any of the hitches that Innovv K2 products have.
It’s time that INNOVV resolves these issues such as software, firmware, GPS and power issues once and for all. The same issues appear time after time - you charge for a premium product but provide inferior support or resolution to the forums issues.
Installed my new K2 today, downloaded app, cannot connect to camera. WiFi connects and the camera records (I can load the SD card onto my laptop and see video files from the cameras), but the app does not connect. Running iOS 13. Thanks!
I too have the same problem. I have the latest firmware and software but still unable to see live feed using the app. Currently using iPhone with ios 13.1.2

The app I am still unable to use. Only can use like two days after I update the firmware. Then the next day the app doesn't connect although there is connection to the wifi and the only way to see is using http://192.168.1.254:8192
Could you please uninstall the APP and reinstall it again?
If it don't works, please unplug the two lenes, then only plug the rear lens to the F slot, power your motorcycle to see if the connection successed or not.
This method is to check whether there is any fault in the lens, which leads to the failure to use K2 normally.
I'm having the same problem can't connect to the app. I have a brand new iPhone XR. I'm using firmware v0.61. Working fine until I updated to IOs 13.1.2. After that can't connect to app although I can see Innovv in wifi . What do I do next ?
Should be iOS 13 caused issue.
Every new version of OS released, it will cause the problems.
Please wait a moment, iOS 13 is not public released, as we have not got a chance to test it.

Our engineer team are working for this issue now, I think we can release it asap.
We will also continue to improve the software to provide a better experience for our users.

Please unplug the two lenses, clean the ports of F and R, and then plug them back to try to connect to the APP.

How's the LED lights flashing when you turn on?

Please check location permissions of K2 APP, make sure you have chosen to turn this feature on.
