After firmware update - K2 stopped working. All the light are flickering, but nothing is being recorded. reinstalling firmware or pressing the recet button - doesn't help.
Any thoughts bout what to do?
Where can I find the previous firmware version to install?
Thanks guys.
What firmware did you try to flash?
The only important parts in flashing the firmware are, that the sd card needs to be FAT32 and that the file must be named "K2.bin". If that is the case, flashing should run without any issues.
Could you post a video of what the led looks like now? And what they look when flashing the K2?
There is no official download site for old firmwares, but I saved them all in my dropbox.

Hi Frostie,
I've used a FAT 32, and the file was, indeed, K2.bin. The firmware version is K2.20200514.V0.70.
Everything looks like it's fine - the red LED flashes rapidely when updating, but I can't connect with WiFi, and also when checking the SD card - it's empty. The K2 doesn't record at all.
Kindly see attached video of the led flashes.
Much obliged!
Seems that the DVR keeps rebooting. Normally this happens when the DVR is unable to find at least the front cam.
Please try the following:
Disconnect all cameras and start the DVR. It should keep rebooting. Then shut it down by holding to button on top of the DVR.
Now connect only the front cam and start the DVR by pressing the top button. See if the DVR now stays on or keeps rebooting.
If it keeps rebooting, try the same with the rear cam connected to the F Port only.
If this all does not help, you could try flashing the V0.71 from my dropbox link. This firmware writes a log to the sd card. Maybe we are then able to see what is going on.
@Frostie Hey Frostie, thanks a lot for all you help!!
I did as you suggested, and now we know that the problem is when the rear camera is connected. As long as only the front camera is connected - everything works fine, not rebooting and WiFi connection is well. But if I connect either only the rear camera, or both of them together - it get stuck and start rebooting.
I've flashed you V0.71 version and have the log files - see download link from my dropbox:
I would appreciate any help or idea, why it doesn't work with the rear camera - after it worked will for the last couple of weeks (it's a new device I have just bought).
Thanks again!
Doron.
@Frostie Oh, I also tried connecting the rear cam to the F port and the front camera to the R port - in both cases the rebooting continues. The only working connection is when only the front cam is connected to the F port.
Hi Doron,
..and I have rotated the camera back half a turn. ... And Voila! everything works well again - both cameras are recognized and the DVR is working.
For me that sounds like a broke cable or cable connection within the camera.
I may work now, but any vibration can cause malfuntions. I would suggest you contact your dealer or Innovv for a replacement.
That said - I wouldn't want to go through the hussle of replacing it, and rewiring it again...
I know what you mean. It is no fun to do all this wiring again.
But ask yourself: Do you really want to keep a potentially broken camera which may fail anytime and which then causes the complete DVR to crash?
BTW, if I connect the cameras to their slots in reverse (I'd need to cut of the screw part from both of them) - will it rotate the picture?
Nice idea, but no..this will not work. :-)
Thanks again for everything! I'll contact my dealer for a new rear camera!

Please keep us updated here.
@Frostie BTW, should I leave your logging firmware version? or should I replace it with the last version?
