Do not buy any of their products. Read this forum, there are many of us that have issues and the company just repeats the same thing as a fix. IT WILL NOT FIX THE PROBLEMS!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!
Hi Brian, Understand your complain, as you can see we still try to reach you and have phone call to learn into details, and get the solution.
You have two camera system, one is working properly, other has issue, let's see what is wrong indeed.
As you have seen, we do not want to hide something, we'd like to work with people to do further improvement and new developments. And your support is appreciated.
Yes I would agree to not buying any Innovv products due to very bad customer service and being fobbed off . I too was one of the guinea pigs ie Innovv K1 that worked for a while then started acting very odd, not powering up, turning off and on unexpectedly, crashing then not recording at all.
Having emailed Rock a couple of times he was polite but not forthcoming in exchanging the faulty DVR. Yes ok, at 14 months old and out of warranty you still expect a bit more support having forked out over £250.
Take your chance with a £50 amazon or ebay as they are all generic Chinese units anyway :-(
Same here - K1 does nothing now but keep announcing 'recording stopped' after just over 12 months....now INOVV say that's an old unit, can't be fixed buy K2 and offering a really stingy $38 off....no thanks to that...How could you trust that sending another $300 won't leave you with a broken K2 a year later?
