New H5, no audio through either external mic or helmet mic. Any suggestions?
No problem. But maybe we will hear audio when we play the file. Have you already tried to play the video on another system (computer/laptop)?

I tried the app recording volume (4 being the highest I assume?) on all settings. I could provide a vid however there’s just literally no audio on playback. This is viewing on the app.

Are you playing the video in the app or on the computer?
