I just returned from a four day trip to the Tail of the Dragon in western NC where I used it daily.
The video footage is excellant, very clear and stable throughout the rides.
Now here are the CONs with the unit.
Battery life was only about 3 hours every day. I have the external battery connection and did not use it.
Wifi connection to my android phone is slow and often had to be repeated to get the connection
The built in microphone is useless, unless you want to just hear the wind and motorcycle. I wear a modular helmet and not intrested in the microphone attachment.

Battery life was only about 3 hours every day. I have the external battery connection and did not use it.When I got the H5 last year, the runtime at 4K was something around 4,5h. By the time it has been reduced to almost exact 3h. I always use (and used) 4K@30fps at max bitrate.
That is a little bit disappointing, because the H5 is advertised with....
"The 2400 milliampere/hour battery capacity of the INNOVV H5 enables non-stop recording at 4K resolution up to 300 minutes"
I would love to measure the capacity of the batteries, but I have not found a way to disassemble the battery without destroying the frame.

The internal mic is almost useless. The new mount, where the mic got a small cover, reduces the wind, but negligible. Everything above 50 km/h sounds like a hurrican.

We check the Wi-Fi and the App, all works here and no any bug, so we wonder if there is any misunderstanding?
Wifi connection to my android phone is slow and often had to be repeated to get the connection------ In order to save battery life, the H5 Wi-Fi light will be off once there is no any operation in the App, and you can press the button in the DVR to activate the Wi-Fi. The light will start to green again.

The battery life is depends on the resolution and frame rate you choose, and it also depends on the working environment. You also can power the unit with an external power bank at your convenience.
For the audio, as you know, there will be wind noisy, and the noisy will rise quickly when the speed is higher than 70km/h, we suggest that you can choose the external microphone.
For the Wi-Fi issue, please allow us sometime to check the bug.
