Hello All; I have read a few post and have seen another similar post like I am having. a Samsung EVO 128 GB card will not format when in the C5. If I format this card via FAT32 with a utility on a PC it works as expected. I can see the full 120+ GB.Placing this freshly formatted card into the C5 however and the app shos that card as being unformulated. I saw a post about holding down the green network button in the C% for 8 seconds to format the card, however this just results in the green and red light flashing back and forth. I though maybe that was a sign that the card was being formatted however I had given it upto 20 minutes and it was still flashing. I dont think it should take longer than that to format a card. Has anyone tried this particular memory card?
Hi, Last week we(in Europe) changed time to be one hour back(-1h), due to switching from summer to winter time. My C5 doesn't want to switch to correct time and stays one hour ahead. There is no way to change it through the app settings manually. C5 firmware and the App on the smartphone(iPhone 6) are both last versions. I leaved the Phone app connected through the WiFi to C5 permanently, everything works fine, phone has the right time, but C5 still works with timestamp 1 hour ahead. What to do to fix that?
I've posted a similar question but did not received a response from the forum or the company. Does anyone have a fix for this?
not sure what i did differently but i walked away for a few days and then came back to attempt and formatted the card via the button worked. just be patient as it may take several minutes to format
Thanks for the feedback. I purchased a 32GB that worked immediately. Unfortunately, the recording only lasted 50 seconds and shutdown repeatedly and then I received an error that the card had been removed.
Hi BJ, what mobile phone do you have? and where did you purchased the SD card? It should be high quality and from reliable reseller.
Hello BJ, Could you let me know the error that the card had been? What 32GB SD card do you have? And make sure it’s class 10 above. Let's get your problem solved together.
