Greetings from Finland! I am otherwise reasonably happy with the Innovv C5 after a few weeks of use, apart from the file transfer via WiFi.I see there are lots of posts about this issue, but could not find any in the C5 area. The transfer speed is so slow that transferring a 10 min. clip takes so long that I am worried about my bike's battery draining. Repeatedly opening the saddle, reaching for the DVR, opening the flap and taking the memory card out is not a long term solution for file transfer. Are you planning to do something about this?
Hello sir,
The transmission time is long because the video length is too long, so the download speed will also be slow.
You can change the length of the loop to 3 minutes or 5 minutes, which is faster.
For now, the C5 won't be able to connect to a computer over a USB cable for video viewing.
OK, but I have other cameras with WiFi, and they are much faster with transferring files. So I suspect the C5 could be improved.
Thank you for your suggestion, we will try to improve the download speed.
Turn off bluetooth, It can slow wifi transfers. I think it's only for 2.4 GHZ, because bluetooth and wifi have to share the frequency.
Hello,
K2 has 2.4g WiFi transmission, which is slower if you're trying to download larger videos.
Thanks, but no bluetooth on. It just is slow.
