Hi all,
I recently took my first long trip with my C5, the trip was about 2 hours long each way. The footage on the way up was captured, however on the way back I stopped for fuel, then restarted my bike and rode another hour or so back, the DVR recorded about 20 minutes in short recordings and then the next hour or so is missing (2:24PM - 3:33PM). I stopped for fuel again and it recorded a few seconds then stopped recording the last 20 minutes of the trip.
I have it set to 1080P 30FPS 60Hz NTSC 10 minute loop and have disabled the G-Sensor.
My SD Card is a brand new Samsung EVO Plus 64GB U3 card that was formatted at the beginning of my trip via the App. I'm running the latest firmware on the camera as well.
Can someone help or offer any suggestions?
I really like this camera but I need it to record consistently.

I installed another New SD card SanDisk Extreme Plus 64GB U3. I'm going on a long ride soon and will report back the results. This is a good card, I use one in my SpyTec G1WC and it has been great for over a year. Hopefully it fixes the gap in recording, if not then it's definitely something wrong with the DVR.
Ok went for a long ride today with some friends, I changed the video loop time to 5 minutes instead of 10 Minutes. It seems like it made it more reliable but I still ended up missing the last 34 minutes of footage from my ride, in the screenshot below 2:56PM - 3:30PM.
Sorry for delayed reply. and your screenshots are helpful.
Did you ever check the recording via App during the riding, if so, please be sure, exiting App from the app landing page, that is to be sure, the camera is recording. If exiting app from setting page, the camera will not record.
More than that, can you set the loop recording time to be 1 min, and see if there is the difference?
How did you connect the wires from the converter to motorcycle? we need to be sure the reliable power supply.
Hi Rock,
No the app doesn't work on my current phone (Pixel 2 XL running Android P) I mainly used the app on my Nexus 5 but only to make sure the lens is aimed properly and I take the DVR out when I want to preview the footage. I set it to 3 minutes recently but haven't done any long rides due to the rain over here, I can try the 1 minute loop.
The positive and negative connections to the battery are secure, I crimped ring terminals to the red and black wires to make sure the connection was good when I did the install, the connections are still tight. The yellow trigger wire is connected directly to the onboard accessory wire on my bike (Ignition on) the accessory is wire is reliable with a good connection as well.

Please keep me updated after checking with 1 minute loop.
Turn your phone to Airplane mode, and switch on WiFi, find INNOVV K2 from WiFi network and connect it with the default password, 12345678, then Click App. You can access App now.
Just try.
Hi Rock I haven't had a chance to try the one minute loop, I still have it on 3 minute loop, I took a ride on Sunday and it recorded half of my trip then died. I cannot get it to power on at all now, I checked all my power connections and they are tight. No lights on the DVR at all, I have a feeling the power converter may have failed.
**Update, I purchased a new power supply for my C5 and it is working again and recording continuously. The old power Supply was failing and causing intermittent recording, then it completely failed.
I'm good to go now!
