Just newly installed C5 and get a WiFi connection with my phone. Question is are you supposed to get Internet connection as mine just connects to phone but get message "no Internet "?
I have an Innovv K3 and an Apple iPhone 12. When I try to connect to the camera with the iPhone, within a foot of each other, the phone recognizes the Innovv network as well as my home network but the message "No network connection" is displayed. I was able to connect the phone to the camera once but that was last year. Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? Thank you.
If you're running iOS 14.x (these steps may be slightly different with older versions) you could open Settings > Cellular and then scroll down to "CELLULAR DATA" and switch it OFF for the INNOVV app. Then please connect K3 WiFi in the WiFi list and open the INNOVV app and it is good to go.
Hello, please check again the connection of the lens slot, make sure it was be tighted, and remember to allow the location funtion on when you using the APP.
You can only do 1 thing at a time unfortunately if your phone is android I understand. Innovv informed me this was an android limitation. to connect to the internet you have to disconnect from the DVR then connect to the internet.
I have commented to innovv that this is a bad deal and asked it they could add Bluetooth although I suspect that would mean a new model (C6)? Than at least you can multitask. I use Google maps for nav and YouTube music to listen to on rides so I have to disconnect the DVR WiFi connection before the ride so no live feed.Hope this helps.
