It appears that videos are stored in TF format , and to work on an iPhone they need to be in MP4 format. The app for c5 doesn’t allow me to change the format whereas the app for the K2 does ! feel like buying the C5 is a waist of money / rip off but cannot get a refund as it’s already fitted . Certainly won’t recommend anyone to buy the C5 and it appears this isn’t a new software problem.
