I switched off the camera and restarted, the lights are blinking - like it’s recording, but after a while it stops blinking and gives me a still image or doesn’t record at all, I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled..I’ve tried different power banks please advise ASAP
Hello, Sir,sorry for the problem you got from the C5, does the C5 is connected to the App? If yes, please disconnect the App,and try again, if the problem persists, would you please use a power bank to power the unit and see what happens? Please note that the wifi led light will always on when you connect the C5 to the mobile phone.

both Lights are continuously on and doesn’t even connect with the app everything worked we for first week
