I was having a few issues with two Innovv C5 units I recently installed. It appeared that the App and the Wi-Fi connection were in conflict. I could connect to one camera, but when I switched to the second camera the App crashed. The second unit would freeze (solid green light) even after power was switched off. Rock Liu called me in Thailand via Skype to discuss the issue send to him via email. He was very concerned and promised to discuss issue with the App developer. He asked, I try a few different things and report the results. I am pleased that the company called me, rather than having to call them. It shows honest concern and proves Innovv wants to support their customers. Thank you Rock!
