I was having a few issues with two Innovv C5 units I recently installed. It appeared that the App and the Wi-Fi connection were in conflict. I could connect to one camera, but when I switched to the second camera the App crashed. The second unit would freeze (solid green light) even after power was switched off. Rock Liu called me in Thailand via Skype to discuss the issue send to him via email. He was very concerned and promised to discuss issue with the App developer. He asked, I try a few different things and report the results. I am pleased that the company called me, rather than having to call them. It shows honest concern and proves Innovv wants to support their customers. Thank you Rock!
I realize that this request is relevant to how I personally use the camera. While we are touring we leave the camera in standby mode until there is something we want to say or film. I have installed a switch in series with ACC line so I can control the power manually. If I leave the manual switch on, every time I turn the key on I have to remember to cancel the automatic record feature multiple times. I normally leave the switch off and turn the switch on to begin automatic recording, this works but it takes a very long time before it starts recording. About 28 seconds. (My understanding is that this is to make sure voltage is stable during engine start) If there was an option to have the unit not automatically start recording or remove the delay on start up to shorten boot time it would greatly improve my personal experience. I like the camera very much! It is mounted in a pocket so it is out of direct weather, it is always on the bike, the camera itself is small and inconspicuous, and it has an audio in jack that I have connected to the intercom on the Goldwing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NOdJz2Wp9Rg
