I can no longer connect the unit to WiFi. The app says no connection but the innovv WiFi on my galaxy s20 shows its on and the unit has flashing red and green lights. I've never had so much problems with connecting something to WiFi before. The unit is running latest firmware v47 and the camera and WiFi worked OK yesterday and nothing has changed. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Sorry to hear that. Does the Wi-Fi problem happen suddenly? Could you kindly remove the INNOVV App on your phone first and then reinstall it on your phone? Please keep us posted.
It was a problem with the VPN I had on the phone, turned that off and it now works.
