And I can record audio pip hopp hurray..
A hope innovv sends me new c5 helmet version and c5 mic to me for free.
When did you buy this C5?
First please connect to the app, then click to enter the setting page.
Check if audio is turned on in the settings page.
Also, please check your phone, whether the microphone option of this C5APP is turned on.

In the app is mic on even then i use c5 mic...
What do you mean is it app that you have to give permission to audio.
The C5's microphone can record sound, but it doesn't have intercom or anything like that.
