I have a 64GB SanDisk Extreme PRO microSDXC Memory Card in my C5, bought directly from Sandisk on UK Amazon store here:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B06XYT37NK/ref=pe_3187911_189395841_TE_dp_1
The current firmware version installed is C5.20170802.V0.22.
I've been testing this before install and I get an issue whereby the device crashes, I lose WIFI connectivity, the green light stays on and the red light flashes 3 times per second. According to the instructions this indicates that the SD card has been removed but it's still in there? Is there a way to restart the device otherwise I have to wait for the battery to go flat and start all over again! This has happened 3 times now and I'm getting fed up with the device to be honest.
Can anyone help?
Thanks
Hi Darren, Please
1. Power on camera system
2. format SD card by press Green WiFi button for 8 seconds to format SD card in DVR. you can see Red light up once.
Keep me updated after checking.
Hi Rock
I'm re-formatted the Micro SD card but there's a problem with the audio.
Have a listen to the attachment I've emailed you, it's the same problem on all the files?
I don't want to use an external mic due to the placement of the DVR in the car.
Please advise?
Thanks
Darren
Glad to see the problem solved after SD card formatted.
Checked the sounds, that the mic was impacted by tight sealed rubble pad.
Now we are working on solution that how to improve the sounds after rubble pad attached.
Since you place DVR inside of car, you can remove pad, that will be helpful.
Rubber pad totally removed also have tested with WIFI switched off and it makes no difference, the loud clicking sound is still there?
