re C5 this device didnt work day one when connected. Day 2 it worked but with a few false starts. That evening I connected the device to my iphone and viewed some journey’s. since that time the wireless on the DVR will not release! as a result of many emails with innovv I’m no further forward except out of pocket for a device that doesn’t work. I’m looking for a replacement! but we shall see. Currently I can’t recomend this recording device.

If the camera system has quality issue, for sure, you can get replacement.
