I have found, in all cases that if I change any setting on the app or I format the SD card then the unit will not record any video or timelapse until I reboot the system.
In practical terms this means once I have changed the settings or formatted the Sd I need to power the system on so it is active for over 10 seconds then power it off which I do for more than 10 seconds.
Once I have done this the unit records as expected.
Is this unique to my set up or do others have this issue?
For info my C5 is, according to Innovv running the latest firmware and app version.
My phone is Android, Huawei P20 Pro.

Sorry to hear that. Per our colleagues, you are suggested to exit the App in normay way when you have changed settings on App or formatted the SD card. Then the C5 will continue to working normally.
Sorry I don't understand "exit the app in normal way"?
Once I have changed the settings or formatted the card, I close the app and also I turn off WiFi because I want to be on line using 4G connection for maps.
What should I do?
@alan.trinder Hello Alan, it means that you shall exit the App by clicking two times instead of just simply going to the Home screen. Please kindly try that and let us know.
