Anyone seen this before? Not sure if its an actual issue with the camera's them self or not. I've tried deleting and updating the app and firmware, but get this when I'm trying to get into the settings to format the SD card.
Hi Darrin,sorry for the problem, would you please uninstall the INNOVV APP and reinstall it again? When you reinstall the INNOVV APP, please allow all permissions including the location service. Please try it.

I found my issue with the this. I was caused by my VPN service interfering with my connection to the unit.
