- what did you do to find a solution yourself
- when does this occur in case of a problem
- which firmware version are you using (device/app)
- what brand of phone do you use
- and so on..

I have the same issue with my K5 using Google Pixel 4 phone & I find it quicker & easier to remove the SD card & plug it into my laptop.
