Shipping
All Products you ordered from INNOVV Website will be free shipped to your PayPal address after the payment was arranged. Please make sure your PayPal address is correct, or let us know the address you want to deliver.
Free Post Mail Shipping
The delivery to United States, Canada, Western & North Europe and Australia will receive their orders in two to three weeks, to reset of world additional few days is required.
Free Express Shipping
Free express shipping will be arranged if order value over US$180, and your phone number is required.
The Express companies will be DHL, FedEx, EMS, UPS and TNT.
The parcel will be arrived within a week after order placed usually.
Tax & Custom Fee
Any parcel that is shipped to your country may have customs tax applicable depending on your border enforcement. We make every effort to keep taxes minimum for our customers but INNOVV will not be held liable for any taxes that may be incurred.

1.If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you can request a full refund. Claim for full refund after 30 days will be rejected.
2.Please send back all the parts and accessories when you return the product(s). Otherwise, full refund will be rejected.
One (1) year Warranty for defects in material or workmanship
We at INNOVV CO., LTD warrant our products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”). If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any INNOVV product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will at our option: (i) repair the INNOVV product using new or refurbished parts; (ii) replace the INNOVV product with a new or refurbished INNOVV product; or (iii) refund the purchase price of the defective INNOVV product.
For the purposes of this limited warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.
We reserve the right to refuse the warranty if any of the following have occurred or we believe to have occurred:
1.Excessive wear & tear.
2.Camera was disassembled and got damaged.
3.Purposefully damaging the camera in order to get a new one.
4.Camera was damaged by improperly using, like broken cables, damaged lens.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
With our prior approval and proof of defective product, defective unopened product will be refunded or replaced at no charge, with no need to return the defective item. Shipping Address And Instruction
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account. You will receive the refunds within a day.
If you received free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
